Handmade, Fair trade Giftwrap

Our giftwrap is available in pink with pink petals, white with blue or yellow petals, blue with blue embroidery (as shown) or red with gold printed elephants. Each exquisite paper piece is handmade in India and certified fair trade by the British Association of Fairtrade Shops.

Our Gift tags are made from recycled paper and banana leaves, handmade deep in the Mozambique bush on the shores of Lake Niassa ("Lake of Stars") by a fabulous community development project (www.manda-wilderness.org). Manda Wilderness is a huge area of Mozambique which is managed by the local people, financially supported by external donations and profits from the wonderful Nkwichi eco tourist lodge. The project has implemented schools, better farming systems, a maternity unit (in build) and is allowing the local large animal population to re-develop.
