Known for their antiseptic and pain relieving qualities, this tincture of hypericum and calendula is wonderful to have ready for after birth to help to soothe and heal and perineal grazes.

I used this after the birth of my 3rd baby and wish I had known about it during my first two pregnancies!

Add it to a sitz bath, put it in a spray,apply gently,or add a little to a cloth mentrual pad and it is wonderfully soothing, promotes healing and lessens the chance of infection

15ml size - A little goes a long way! Dilute 5-10 drops in 15ml water
